[AzureDevOpsExtension].Azure DevOps canvas is not showing up on Mac client

I've installed the canvas plugin as per instructions, but nothing appeared on the main screen or new chat screen. Even when I go to Customize and press "New session" on the "Azure Devops" block, a blank page is opened:

Am I missing something?
