Shift sidebar to right #2245

Its probably been discussed to death already here, but kinda wanna want to propose to a bit different alternative.

Lines numbers are useful, but they definitely a pain whenever you cat a file and want to copy/paste some of it to some other place. Having a sidebar on left side is the main cause of the problem.
So will it be possible to make a slight tweak and provide a sidebar position argument in --style option ?
