Add --grayscale and PrettyPrinter::grayscale() to convert the colors of any existing theme to neutral shades. This supports light-background use without adding another bundled theme.
Convert RGB and indexed theme colors, gutter colors, Git markers, and highlighted-line backgrounds while retaining font styles. Respect disabled color output and terminal-default color sentinels. Input ANSI colors are not filtered; document --strip-ansi=always for removing those sequences. Help and theme previews also honor grayscale.
Validation: 460 tests passed, including exhaustive indexed-palette checks, RGB/endpoints/default-color tests, font and background checks, Git decoration checks, both terminal color modes, help/previews, plain output, input ANSI behavior, and the PrettyPrinter API. All-target/all-feature Clippy, minimal-application/library-only builds, formatting, and Bash/Zsh completion checks passed. Updated documentation, completion candidates, and help fixtures.
Fixes #2616.
