docs: note unsupported .sublime-color-scheme in man page - #4000

The README's 'Adding new themes' section already states that custom themes must be stored in .tmTheme files and that newer .sublime-color-scheme files are currently not supported, but the man page's ADDING CUSTOM THEMES section did not mention that the newer format is unsupported. Sync the man page with the README, as suggested in the issue. Closes sharkdp#1948
